Subwoofer Placement
Information
There are a lot of factors for each setup. The 4 big factors is your subwoofer and room shape and size, also the seating position. If you are seated far away from the back wall or in the middle of the room it can have a huge impact on the bass, so i also recommend to try to move the seating position(if possible)
I`m not a big fan of the known Sobwoofer Crawl because with that method you only find the peak of the frequency you are playing while crawling, you will not find nulls only peaks. But if you don`t have a mic that is the best you can do.
IF you want the best result then get a MiniDSP-UMIC1. I cannot recommend it enough.

In most cases the best subwoofer placement is in the front left(1) or right(2) corner as shown in the picture below. But I also recommend testing other placements like the back corners etc. If you have a Microphone like MiniDSP-UMIC1 then you can try the tip in this video.

Placements for 2 subwoofers
Normally optimal placement when you have 2 subwoofers is diagonal example: left front and back right or opposite, see example below.
Placements for 3 subwoofers
For optimal, consistent bass with three subwoofers, place two in the front left/right corners and the third in the middle of the back wall (or midpoint of a side wall). This arrangement leverages corner loading for maximum output while using the third subwoofer to fill in room modes and balance the sound across all seats
Placements for 4 subwoofers
For optimal, smooth bass across multiple seats with four subwoofers, place one unit in each of the four corners of the room, or at the 1/4 and 3/4 points along opposite walls. This configuration reduces standing waves, minimizes dead zones, and provides the most consistent, immersive frequency response throughout the listening area. In my setup the setup was the 4 corners.
